Adjusting My Human+AI Collaboration Model2026-03-30
NotesAfter Salary Timer 2.0, I realized my current human+AI workflow is too complex, so I am moving to clearer two-agent role ownership.
After finishing Salary Timer 2.0, one thing became obvious to me: my current human+AI collaboration model is still too complex. Natural-language interaction is convenient, but many critical constraints and boundaries are not described precisely enough in the first pass, so too much effort goes into back-and-forth clarification.
So for the project I am building now, I am changing the interaction model and introducing trae plus another agent with explicit role ownership.
The first agent acts as “PM + project manager”: turn my ideas into executable requirement docs, clarify goals/scope/priorities/acceptance criteria, and connect the remaining launch and deployment workflow.
The second agent acts as “design + frontend”: own visual polish and interaction presentation, and make the product feel complete and demo-ready.
What I want to improve is the collaboration chain itself: not more conversations, but clearer responsibility per role, so ideas can move from description to delivery with less drift.
